Welcome to Parkers Mechanix. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided

Parkers Mechanix offers mobile mechanic services including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at your location.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your vehicle’s condition, environment, and accessibility.
2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate vehicle information when booking services.

The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible workspace for our mechanic (e.g., flat surface, adequate lighting, and space to work).

Any required permissions (e.g., landlord, property management, or parking) must be arranged by the customer.
3. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, debit/credit card, and tap-to-pay.

Failure to pay may result in additional fees and collection action.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Parkers Mechanix reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe conditions, weather, or emergencies.
5. Liability & Warranty

Parkers Mechanix is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden faults, or issues that occur beyond the scope of the agreed service.

We do not cover costs related to parts or repairs not directly performed by us.

Any service warranty (if offered) will be provided in writing at the time of service.
6. Parts & Materials

Parts may be provided by Parkers Mechanix or by the customer (with prior agreement).

Parkers Mechanix is not responsible for the performance or quality of customer-supplied parts.
7. Roadside Services

Roadside assistance is subject to safety and location accessibility.

We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe.
8. Limitation of Liability

Parkers Mechanix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing costs, loss of use, or missed appointments.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Privacy & Data

Customer information will be collected and used only for scheduling, service, and payment purposes.

We will not sell or share your personal information without your consent.
10. Governing Law
